Returns
We hope you will be happy with your Kitchen Kapers purchase from the start. But should your order arrive damaged from shipping, or if you find that it's defective in any way, we're here to put things right.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, send us an email at [email protected], or call 800-455-5567. Once we've confirmed the details, we'll cover return shipping costs on damaged or defective items and send you a replacement.
Of course, undamaged and unused items in original packaging can also be returned for a refund. Just contact Customer Service within 30 days of delivery so we can confirm the details of your order. Past 30 days, you should still contact us- depending on the product we may still be able to help!
We don't require a return authorization, but we may ask that you print, and fill out this return form, and ship it with your return. This will help us ensure a fast, correct refund.
Fine Print:
- Regular return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If our shipment to you is refused, or if it's returned to us because of an address error, etc., the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you're planning to reship your order, please check it before you do. We can't be responsible for orders after they've been reshipped.
- Food products cannot be returned.
- Alessi items can only be returned if in Brand New, Unused, and Resellable condition.
- John Boos Kitchen Furniture and other special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Make sure you send your return via an insured and trackable service such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. You'll want to be able to track the package if any questions arise. Return your item in an appropriate corrugated outer shipping carton (like the one we used to ship to you).
